By accessing and using HostSimple services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

HostSimple provides game server hosting services including but not limited to Minecraft, Valheim, Rust, Satisfactory, Terraria, Veloren, and OpenRA dedicated server hosting.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host or distribute malicious software
• Launch attacks against other servers or networks
• Distribute copyrighted material without permission
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining
• Use excessive resources beyond your plan limits

5. Payment & Billing

Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payment is processed through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on new orders. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your service at any time from your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

HostSimple is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from the use of our services. We recommend maintaining your own backups.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
